VERY IMPORTANT - APPLICATIONS 2027:

BELOW ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: 

- Photo of the applicant (passport size) 

- Certified copies of both parents' ID documents 

- Certified copy of ACCOUNT PAYER's ID document (if not one of the parents) 

- Certified copy of proof of residence - not older than 3 months (Either a municipal account/rental agreement. No other accounts will be accepted) 

- Certified copy of the applicant's birth certificate 

- Certified copy of applicant's report (Grade 6 December report) 

- Subject choice form to be submitted 

- Signed declaration by parent/guardian 

- Student's declaration, to be signed by the applicant

- Should the applicant have immigration status, please attach a copy of the study permit

- If you are the Legal Guardian of the applicant, please attach certified copies of the Legal Guardianship Court Order to this application.
